Enrollment Process
1. Fill Out the Contact Form
Begin by completing our online contact form. This gives us the basic information we need to start the enrollment process.
2. Initial Email & Phone Call
Once we receive your form, we will reach out by email to schedule an initial phone call. During the call, we’ll learn more about your child and answer any questions you may have.
3. Schedule a Tour
After the phone call, we’ll arrange a personalized tour so you can explore our classrooms, meet our teachers, and experience our learning environment.
4. Complete Registration Forms & Pay Enrollment Fee
Following your tour, you’ll receive a registration packet. Submit the completed forms and pay the non-refundable enrollment fee to hold your child’s spot in the enrollment queue.
5. Wait for Approval
Our team will review your information to ensure our program is the best fit. You’ll be notified by email once a decision has been made.
6. Pay Supply Fee & First Month’s Tuition
Upon approval, you’ll pay the supply fee and first month’s tuition to finalize enrollment.
7. Welcome to Our School!
We’ll send a welcome packet with your start date, classroom information, and everything you need for a smooth beginning.
